All Comes Back
My 1 year old has excema and i need some tips as soon as he scratches it all comes back i do cut his nails?
I have used all the chemist creams – fatty lemnis etc but they dont stop it coming back really bad!
Get him tested for allergies. I cannot tell you how often this is behind eczema in infants. Usually dairy or wheat are the culprits. But it can also be a lack of ‘good’ fats as opposed to ‘bad’ ones. The goodies are high in high-density lipoproteins (HDLs) and include cold-pressed oils like almond, avocado, light olive, etc and the baddies are the artificial or poorer ones like Canola (aka rapeseed), margarines, polyunsaturated, etc.
But definitely talk to a nutrititionist/naturopath and have him tested.
