Where can I get good beginner bagpipes?
I am interested in learning how to play bagpipes but I know nobody that plays. I was wondering where I could look to get some playable pipes at a reasonable price. Does anyone know how much it will cost to get a set and maybe a good beginner book? (I’m pretty good at teaching myself instruments, I’ve learned piano, baritone, trumpet, bass, ukulele, and french horn mostly on my own)
