Where online can I find the steel guitar track from the trailer park boys christmas episode?

Its from the church scene in the Christmas episode of Trailer Park Boys and I know that it is recorded by John Campbelljohn and was performed by Dave Chisholm. I know the song is Away in a Manger as well. I think that his work with the steel guitar was very very good and I would love to be able to add that to my collection of Christmas music.
