What is the most cost effective way of fixing the music holder on a piano?
I got a little tipsy at a mate’s place and sort of fell on the open piano keyboard, breaking off the sheet music holder in the process. Is there an easy/cheap way to fix this? What would be the best course of action? It’s an upright, old-ish, wooden piano.
Yes, there is a reasonably cheap glue which is instant from builders merchant called ” Mitre Mate ” this comes as a resin in a small bottle and a spray hardener.
I have used it on furniture repair, be careful though IT STICKS most things including SKIN. any surplus glue can be removed with a craft knife. Jeff
