is my mom ever going to forgive my family?
today is my moms birthday. me, my sister, and my dad all completely forgot and she had to remind us. later on she started crying and saying how lonely and hurt it made her feel. ive only seen my mom cry once before. i feel absolutely terrible. we tried to make it up to her and we got dinner from her favorite restaurant and a cake and presents and my brother and i wrote her a card and i apologized earlier but she still seems upset and shes been extremely quiet which is unusual. i love my mom soo much i just completely lost track of the date and didn’t even think about it. the fact that my whole family forgot makes it worse. she always makes our birthdays so special and she would never in a million years forget something like that. i feel like the worst daughter in the world and the guilt is really killing me…im afraid she wont ever get over it. what do i do :’(((((((((((9
