In the name of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, would you Christians be offended if I tried…?
to put up a monument of the Ferengi Rules Of Acquisition down at the local Town Square? They are just a set of rules to live by, and just as authentic as your TEN COMMANDMENTS. Of course, the city would have to pay for them and endorse them, just as they do the 10 commandment monuments. It’s only fair. But, if the 10 commandments are privately funded, I suppose I could take up a collection of my fellow Trekkies and raise enough to have the Ferengi Rules Of Acquisition
posted as well. Would that make it any less offensive to you?
