How to find out who is behind a fake face book profile?

I am getting dumb messages just saying dumb things on facebook. Its obvious it is a fake account. How can I tell who is behind it?

If it´s a message you are getting from a person you “really” know you could ask them a question that only they would know.
-If it´s wall graffiti you could either remove their post or block the person.

If you don´t know the person you could block them.
