help what is it called?
ok i need the name of this object! ok its like a lil fan thing that you stick in plants that when the wind blows the fan thing spins really fast and the blades are made out of this thin and flexible plastic and where can i find that kind of plastic that is used for the blades?? o and they are usually colorful and are sold during the spring and the summer
