Hawaiian Wedding Song
What are some traditional Mexican instruments?

My fiance wanted our wedding and honeymoon to be in Mexico and Im very happy with that but I always wanted to walk down the aisle in Israel Kamakawiwo’ole, somewhere over the rainbow/what a wonderful world after watching Finding Forrester lol. It’s Hawaiian so I have to Mex it up a little. Do you know what traditional Mexican instruments besides the maraca that could play this song along with the violin and piano?
besides the maraca….

Play it with a traditional mariachi ensemble.

«The mariachi ensemble generally consists of violins, trumpets, an acoustic guitar, a vihuela (a high-pitched, five-string guitar), a guitarrón (a large acoustic bass) and, on occasion, a harp»
