Indulge Yourself Without Entering Bankruptcy
Every girl knows that a pamper session in the comfort of your own home is one of the loveliest ways that you can spend a solitary night. You can either do it on the spur of the moment and use what you have in your bathroom cabinets, or you can make it really special and purchase any bits and pieces you feel will make it sensational.
It is all very well being a professional woman that can compete against the men in her indsutry and leave them for dead, but you should never forget to celebrate and enjoy your femininity. Settig aside special time to indulge yourself is paramount to doing just that.
To kick off your evening of indulgence, kick off your work shoes and head straight to the bathroom to pour yourself a steaming hot bath. Put a whole lot of nice smelly bath stuff into the water and prepare yourself a ridiculous cocktail (umbrella and cherry are optional, but recommended). Sit back and relax in the tub while alternating between sips of aforementioned cocktail and catching up on the latest gossip magazine.
The next part is to give yourself a facial. Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin. Take the time to massage the cleaner and cream into your skin to improve your circulation. The add a couple of dabs of the best eye cream you can find to ward off evil crow’s feet.
Swathe your body in a silky body lotion and massage it into your body especially on your thighs to prompt circulation. Once you have done that add the final touch of an eau de parfum spray. Who said that perfumes were just for when you go out? They should be used any time you feel like feeling special (ie all the time).
Following on from that swan into your bedroom and put on your nicest sleepwear. Then dive bomb underneath the blankets and open up your book for a little light reading and relaxation. Should you not be in the mood for reading, click on a DVD and sit back for a little mindless entertainment.
Now your version of the perfect girl’s night in might be a little different to this, but something akin to the described night is probably as close to heaven as many women can get. This is a low cost and super effective way to wrinkle out your stress and restore your spirits. Planning to have a night like this at least every two weeks is an ideal way to indulge yourself without breaking the bank.
