Alright. I am doing a report on the music Dixieland Jazz. I need to paraphrase (change the sentence) to my own words. Here is the sentence. “The other instruments of the ensemble play melodies and countermelodies simultaneously and take turns playing solos. Musicians often play familiar melodies from memory adding their own bluesy inflections throughout the song.” How can i change those sentences to my own words? Dumb answers will not get 10 points and only serious answers will be taken seriously
Other instruments of the group produce melodies at the same time and solo one at a time, all the while the rest are playing rhythm. They played melodies that they already knew and added on their own embellishment.
