Need a new piano book, any suggestions?

I’ve got 6 months of piano lessons under my belt. I can play “The Entertainer” without any problems, but “Fur Elise” is kicking my behind. I’m looking for a piano book with easy arrangements that sound good and modern songs. I’m sick of “Mary had a little lamb” and John Thompson. Any suggestions? Oh, and I can’t read lead sheets, so it has to be a book of sheet music.
