Charles Linden and The Linden Method Review Revealed.
In 1996, a English man known as Charles Lindon who had to live with acute anxiety disorders, extreme panic attacks, and agoraphobia founded the Linden Method. He suffered for a long time, through countless therapists and many medications, with little or no success. He then decided to take matters into his own hands. Linden interviewed other people who suffered or were still suffering from the same disorders. Charles also took a look at the popular treatments available at that time and what kinds of scientific research was being done to solve the problem. That is how The Linden Method came about.
The Linden Method came into existence after Charles Linden conducted endless research with individuals who no longer suffered from anxiety or panic attacks. Drawing conclusions from any similarities between patients, Linden noted their stories. From there, he found a way to plot a course for a system of recovery. The Linden Method structure was developed from Linden’s tests, modifications, repeat testing, and reconfiguring. The chief principle of the Linden Method, which is based off of much scientific research, is that Charles Linden’s methods can be used to effectively reprogram anxiety disorders, therefore removing any related problems which cause this suffering. By identifying the root cause of anxiety in the section of the mind that controls it, the Linden Method was designed as a structured course. In clinical studies, The Linden Method has delivered a 96% success rate in people who complete their program.

Mr. Linden has done a great job with his research and it will benefit many. Linden found the “off switch” in the anxiety center of the mind with his interviews of everyone in the field, from psychologists, psychiatrists, members of the mental health community, and even patients hospitalized because of it. In order to decrease its rate of response, the Amygdala is retrained to return to its natural behavior. 100% of anxiety disorders stem directly as a result of the Amygdala. The Amygdala stores a persons programmed reactions to fear and other conditioned reactions to similar events, and by altering how the Amygdala reacts to this type of stimuli, is how this method works.
In The Linden Method, by Charles Linden, he promotes a treatment that is not centered around preforming numerous drills and techniques, but by taking a simpler approach. This technique is a simple way to solve your anxiety or panic attacks that you may suffer from, since it adheres to the “one size fits all” theory. When trying to find new treatments for a particular disorder, a person may become very disheartened by the overwhelming amount of information a lot of resources will offer. But this will not happen with The Linden Method. This book provides a clear cut way of what must be done to conquer all kinds of anxiety and panic attack issues.
