Music Cole Porter
Any song suggestions for someones 80th birthday?
I’ve been put in charge of the music and slide show for a family member’s 80th birthday party and I have no idea what songs to put on the play list.
It’s not easy to just go ahead and borrow one of his cd’s so I was hoping to get some stuff off lime wire.
I know that he likes Cole Porter and Glen Miller. Any song suggestions?
I’d like the song to represent a life well lived that people can listen to and agree that that song suits the occasion.
The song doesn’t have to be by these people but something similar

Where people come to see ‘em’
really isn’t the best choice for someone so high up in the hierarchy of the family.
Maybe you should just hang out at his place for a while (be brave, it’s for the greater good) and see what kind of music he listens too. You have to be patient though, it’s hard to drag old people away from their talk back radio
