Red Cut

Why should I cut red meat and chicken out of my diet?
I want to eat healthier. I don’t want to go full fledged vegetarian cause I love meat. But maybe I could cut out red meat & chicken or maybe just red meat.
What should I do and why?
there is absolutely no good reason why you should.
Humans are omnivores, which means we eat everything including meat. Now people who eat tons of meat every day, that’s stupid. I wouldn’t totally cut out meat, but only reduce it to a healthy level. Don’t have it as often (especially red meat) and don’t have large amounts when you do.
Also have more variety: fish, game (like quail…etc)
I think the key is not to “cut out” but to “cut down” on the amounts. Moderation!

Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness $4.21 There’s a lot to be said for continuity and high concept, and Coheed and Cambria have invented an elaborate geeky parallel sci-fi world that spread over four CDs. If you follow the story line, it unfolds like some punk Harry Potter series; equally ambitious and didactic and almost as tightly written as the Moody Blues’ “Days of Future Passed.” You can also listen to each of the albums without a th… |
