Jamaica or Puerto Rico? PLEASE HELP?
Hey, i’m trying to book a vacation for this month and apperently the prices are rediculous.
I found two deals:
Jamaica – 4nights, Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort All-Inclusive = $1535 ( 767 pp)
Puerto Rico – 4 nights, La Concha, A Renaissance Resort + $100 Gift card, Not All-Inclusive, + 14% service fee not included = $1407 (713pp)
Which one should i book? I’ve never been to either Jamaica or Pr. Please HELP =(
I’ve been to both. I love Jamaica. Have been there many times in the recent past. Very dependable weather. Decent flights. Just be careful if you leave the resort. It’s still a poor country. Inside the resorts things are great. Plus plenty of good restaurants in and around Montego bay.
Puerto Rico is a little easier though (if you’re a U.S. citizen) because it is a U.S. commonwealth – no passport, no customs…..
