Pachelbel’s Canon D- violin- I just started learning almost a month ago. can I learn this song by…?

Is this right? Is this a realistic goal for the end of April? I have to play in front of judges- it’s for my senior project.
6 to 8 months of lessons then you can play it easily. But you can learn anything if you have the perseverance to practice it note by note and learn just that one piece. But that takes a lot of perseverence.
