Vals Sheet Music

Classical guitar; John Dowland’s Fantasie is too hard!?
I absolutely love the tune, exciting & dynamic with lots of character. Is there anything that has a similar vibrancy & full sound (is it 3 melodies going at once?) but is relatively easier to play?
I can manage tunes like Julia Florida by Barrios, Sicilianno by Bach, even Gran Vals at a slightly slower tempo than it is usually played. I love to listen to Questa Notte by Ludovic Einaudi played on guitar but I can’t find the sheet music ANYWHERE!! (piano OR arranged for guitar) Just as well, I’d probably butcher it.
So I’d really appreciate some suggestions to substitute for Fantasie in E please!
You´re probably referring to the famous VII Fantasy. As you can infer, he´s got others. I´m showing here 2 links for you to hear, if you want to, by lutenists.
I like music of that age, and I had a disc (lost???) of his music. There are other beautiful and nice pieces too. Maybe you´d like to research some things at Wikipedia, for example.
