What cheers you up when youre feeling down?
I just had a test today, did okay at it but all my friends are going out tonight. They said they were gonna call me………but that was 7 hours ago and so far nothing 
everyones out having fun while im at home, alone I feel sad and pretty lonely. I think im gonna go buy some chocolate and just wallow in self pity .. what usually cheers you up when youre feeling down?
Anything that increases Serotonin levels in the brain – yes chocolate dose, so will bananas and some other foods.
Exercise also releases endorphins which will make you feel better and so will something that makes you laugh.
I also find looking at how bad the situation other people are in and how lucky I am makes me thankful for what I do have and feel less unhappy about my situation.
