I have a friend whos backstabbed me by taking my bf so i guess i forgave her?
..and we became friends again then i had a small crush on a guy[[younger]] and i guess we flirted then i got a Boyfriend and he got a Girlfriend so we kinda stopped talking so then my so called friend starts talking to him like super buddy buddy and im like wtf>>?? ok im not jelous just bugged becaause a few years back i kissed her ex who liked me but we got over it and moved on since then seems like shes been trying to get back at me ive tryed taslking to her but nothing and now she cant leave this guys nutts and she kisses him and yet she styill wants to be friends like nothing what do i do>>??

ive talked to her and she says she over it but i dont know i dont even see her a friend any more

She is definitly not over it.
She obviously jealous of you for what you did to her and unfortunately it will remain that way for as long as you are friends.
The best thing to do is talk about it again and get it out in the open.If she is still doing the same after that,then unfortunately the friendship will remain edgy.
