Some good classic christmas songs?
i’ve been stocking up on the christmas songs for a party, and just so i can listen to them, and i’m having trouble thinking of them (you know how it is, you know it when you hear it but can never think of it when you need it). i’m looking for the classics, and more of the big band, swing style stuff…
i currently have:
white christmas – bing crosby
baby it’s cold outside – johnny mercer and margaret whiting
have yourself a merry little christmas – judy garland
the christmas song – nat king cole
winter wonderland – doris day
and let it snow and santa clause is coming to town both by frank sinatra
i dont want any of the choral stuff or anything like jingle bell rock, i want it to be a nice christmas song that just gives you that warm, holiday feeling. thanks.
